Due to the nature of our custom, handmade, and personalized Carnival costumes and products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Each product is carefully crafted to meet unique specifications, and as such, slight variations in design, materials, or colors may occur. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Customers may request modifications to their elements product selection, including options, variations, add-ons, upgrades, size, and style, this request is subject to availability, space and time constraints. Approval is at the discretion of the MasBand, Section Leader, and [email protected].
While section changes may be accommodated when possible, refunds are strictly not permitted. Please note that additional charges may apply to approved changes.

Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposits made are strictly non-refundable, as they cover the initial costs of materials and labor.
